Once you sign up for a course, our process looks something like this:
After we confirm your email, you will receive an information packet that explains the program in detail. It includes a detailed curriculum, yours and our commitments, orientative pricing, and a description of the our research aims with this project.
Your information email will contain instructions to schedule a initial session with a Work’s the Matter expert to discuss your goals and address any questions you have about the program.
There are many options for participation. After your initial session and depending on your needs and goals, Work’s the Matter will work with you to begin the program. Individuals will be placed in a skills group, while Work’s the Matter will facilitate the creation of skills groups for teams.
Your program begins! By this time, all you need to do is come to weekly skills training, work with one-on-one with your coach, and complete the activities (we think you will like them!).
